TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Marshfield, WI 54449 Budget Meeting October 11, 2018 5:30 p.m. Board Members present: David Rogers-Chairman, Bob Cassaday, Josh Mauritz, Leonard Johnson, Matt Joiner-Supervisors, Janet M. Bell-Treasurer, Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk TOWN BUDGET PREPERATION: Board Members prepared the 2019 Budget. BUDGET AMENDMENTS: Motion by David Rogers to amend the budget of $5,000.00 from X34 Building Maintenance to X 51 New Replacement Equipment. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. PROPOSED BUDGET: Motion by David Rogers to approve the final proposed budget of $808,066.00 for 2019, that will be presented by the Town Electors at the Public Hearing. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARING: Motion by Josh Mauritz to set the date for the Public Hearing Budget on November 13, 2018 at 8:00 p.m., and immediately followed by the Special Town Elector Meeting to adopt the levy. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. RECYCLING: Motion by Leonard Johnson to add the cost of recycling to the existing garbage special charge on the annual tax bill.
