Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2018 August Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on August 29, 2018. Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the 2018 August Meeting Minutes. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Building Maintenance: Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the bid from Security Overhead Door for a Midland 3” Energy Saver Extruded Polystyrene Insulated Door installed for $5,375.00 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Road Ordinance: Motion by Josh Mauritz to adopt the Town of Lincoln Road Ordinance 2018-01 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Record Retention Schedule Adoption: No Action Taken October Budget Meeting: Motion by Josh Mauritz to create our budget meeting for Thursday October 11, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Fall Workshop: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve Janet Bell to attend the WTA Fall Workshop in Wausau, WI. not to exceed $175.00 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. WTA Convention: Motion by Leonard Johnson to approve Josh Mauritz and guest Janet Bell to attend the WTA Convention, not to exceed $260.00 Second by Bob Cassaday all ayes. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS: There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Friday September 21, 2018 at 7:30 pm.
