TOWN OF LINCOLN 10905 Falcon Road Board Meeting Minutes Tuesday August 16, 2018 7:00 p.m. Board Members Present: David Rogers-Chairman, Bob Cassaday, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner – Supervisors Janet M. Bell-Treasurer, Geraldine Altmann-Deputy Clerk were present. Leonard Johnson and Kathleen Altmann-Drinka were absent. Public Comments: No Public Comments APPROVE MINUTES OF MEETING: The 2018 July Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on July 18, 2018. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the 2018 July Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted, Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITEES Zoning Permits: David Schmitt/11800 Pleasant Rd/Pole Shed JJ Golf LLC/11426 Wren Road/Addition Building Permits: No Building Permits Fire Department: Fire Dept Meeting Minutes were read by Josh Bell. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Bids & Proposals for Building Maintenance & Crack Sealing: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve Superior Sealers LLC for $1.60 per lb. for crack sealing, not to exceed $12,000.00 and also polyfiber on Yellow River Road, from Cty B to Eagle Road for $7, 065.00 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Town Road Ordinance: No Action Taken NEW BUSINESS: L.P: Motion by Matt Joiner to accept the bid from Superior Gas for $1.04 per gallon for the 2018- 2019 Heating Season. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS: There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association at Mead Wildllife Education Center on the evening Friday August 17, 2018 at 7:30 pm.
