PUBLIC COMMENTS: No Public Comments APPROVE JUNE MINUTES OF MEETING: The June 2018 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on June 15, 2018. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the June 2018 Meeting Minutes with noted changes. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted; Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Bids & Proposals for Crack Sealing: No Action Taken Bids & Proposals for Building Maintenance: Motion by Matt Joiner to approve John Altmann Builders for $7,250.00 to replace all of the existing stucco with steel siding. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Road Work 2018: No Action Taken Bushman Subdivision: No Action Taken Time Federal CD: Motion by Josh Mauritz for Town of Lincoln to open a 6 month CD at Time Federal with signing authority granted to Town of Lincoln Treasurer Janet M. NEW BUSINESS: Road Ordinance: No Action Taken Record Detention Schedule Adoption: No Action Taken Announcements: There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Friday July 20, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Town of Seneca, Vesper, WI. Guest Speakers: Becky Haase, Enbridge Company, will have a discussion about the Gas Line. Ricke Manthe, Legal Counsel, Wisconsin Towns Association will host an open Cracker Barrel Session. August Monthly Board Meeting date changed to August 16, 2018.
