Board Of Review (May 16th 2018)

TOWN OF LINCOLN BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES 10905 FALCON ROAD MARSHFIELD, WI 54449 WEDNESDAY MAY 16, 2018 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Members Present: David Rogers/Chairman, Josh Mauritz, Leonard Johnson/Supervisors Kathleen Altmann-Drinka/Clerk, Carl Moeller/Assessor and Kurt Moeller/Assessor were present. Motion by Josh Mauritz to nominate David Rogers as chairman for the Board of Review; Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. The Meeting was called to order by Town of Lincoln Chairman, David Rogers at 6:34 p.m. Town clerk Kathleen Altmann-Drinka has posted this meeting notice in (3) locations, and on the front door of the Lincoln Town Hall. The meeting was also published in the Marshfield News-Herald. The assessor’s affidavit has been signed and attached to the assessment roll, the assessment roll has been perfected and delivered to the town clerk on May 9, 2018. Notices of change have been mailed by the assessor within the time frame as established by state law. This is a maintenance year not a re-valuation year. Three of the members present have received the required Board of Review Training for 2018. Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the 2017 Board of Review Meeting Minutes. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried Kurt Moeller went over the assessment roll changes and real estate transfers. Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept the valuation of the assessment roll as the correct valuations. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Kurt Moeller signed the Assessors Affidavit.
