ANNUAL MEETING TOWN OF LINCOLN, WOOD COUNTY, WI MEETING MINUTES – Tuesday April 17, 2018 7:02 P.M. Board Members Present: Chairman David Rogers; Supervisors, Josh Mauritz, Matt Joiner, Leonard Johnson; Treasurer Janet M. Bell; Town Clerk Kathleen Altmann-Drinka; Bob Cassaday was absent. 3 members of the public attended. 2017 Annual Meeting: Annual Meeting Minutes were read by Chairman David Rogers. Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve the annual meeting minutes. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. 2017 Financial Report: Prepared by Clerk Kathleen Altmann-Drinka, and Treasurer Janet M. Bell was reviewed. A detailed balance sheet for the Fiscal Year Jan 1 through Dec. 31, 2017 was available for attendees. Motion by Ken Bell to approve the Financial Report. Second by Judy Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Public Comments and Discussion: Resident had a question regarding the Tire Collection. . 2018 Road Work Plan: Chairman David Rogers reported on the 2018 road work. Bridge Repair: Wren Road North of County H. Ditching; Amber Drive, Ebbe Road, Brush Road (North Side), Millcreek west of eagle, Robin Road (north of 10 west side), Falcon Road (north of town hall). Crackfill; Lincoln Road, Oriole Road, Franklin Road, Yellow River Road (County B to Eagle), Amber Drive, Millcreek Drive (Eagle to County V). Shouldering; Ives Street, Millcreek Drive (Eagle to County V). Wedge and Patch; Robin Road (YellowRiver and County H), Roberta Lane, Eagle Road (Hwy 10 to Bridge), Pleasant Road. Chip Seal over Asphalt; Park Road. Culverts Replaced; Martin Drive, Ebbe Road,Eagle Road at County H, Fairhaven Road (add cross drain). Town Highway Expenditure: Motion by Ken Bell to spend $25,000.00 more than the $240,400.00 Highway Expenditure. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Public Hearing on the 2019 Budget: Motion by Andy Gingerich to set the November 2018 Public Hearing date to Tuesday November 13, at 8:00 pm. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Announcements: Board of Review Open Book Session will be held on May 9, 2018, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Board of Review will be held on May 16, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. located at Town of Lincoln Hall. Tire Collection will be held on Saturday April 28, 2018 at Pankratz Trucking LLC located at 10709 Hwy 10 (located near Nasonville Dairy) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. NO EARLY DROP OFFS ARE ALLOWED. each resident is allowed to drop off a total of (8) auto/light truck tires (under 10:00 x 22.5) at no fee. A fee of $4.00 is charged for each additional auto/light truck tire (under 10:00 x 22.5) that exceeds the (8) allowed. All tires 10:00 x 22.5 or larger will be charged a fee of $10.00 each. Tractor tires will be charged a fee of $20.00 each. Fees are due at time of drop off. Residents must present their Red Identification Card and confirm residency by registering their name and address. If you do not have a Red ID Card, contact the Clerk or Chairman. The 2019 Annual Meeting will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of April.
