PUBLIC COMMENTS: No Public Comments APPROVE MARCH MINUTES OF MEETING: The March 2018 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on March 25, 2018. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the March 2018 Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the amended financial report as submitted; Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTIES Zoning Permits: No Zoning Permits Building Permits: No Building Permits Fire Department: Meeting Minutes were read by Janet M. Bell UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Bid & Proposal Preparation/Opening: Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve American Asphalt for Amber Drive for 79.90 per ton for $36,274.60 with the added fiber for 9.00 per ton at $4,086.00 for a total of $40,360.60 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Matt Joiner to approve American Asphalt for patching at 155.00 per ton and wedging at 120.00 per ton. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Bushman Subdivision: No Action Taken Town Lawn Mower: Motion by Matt Joiner to purchase the John Deere Zero Turn Radius Z540M Mower for the town hall for $4,054.51 and to add mulching kit for $249.06 for a total of $4,303.57 which includes the $500.00 allowance for trade in. Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Resolution Supporting the Comprehensive Plan Amendment: Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the Resolution Supporting Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 2018-1 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Clerk & Treasurer Quick Books: Motion by Josh Mauritz to approve upgrading the Clerks Quikbooks to Enterprise for $1,172.60. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Motion by Matt Joiner to upgrade Quickbooks Pro 2018 for the Treasurer. Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Clerk Alcohol Beverage Regulation & Licensing Webinar: Motion by Leonard Johnson to approve the clerk to attend the Alcohol Beverage Regulation & Licensing Webinar for the cost of $40.00 Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried. Town Assessor Appointment: Motion by David Rogers to accept Kurt Moeller as the Town of Lincoln’s assessor immediately based on his merit, experience and general qualifications for a term not to exceed three years to be renewable on June 1st on the third year of each term. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes. Motion carried. Enbridge Road Use Agreement: No Action Taken Pallet Storage Racking: Motion by Matt Joiner to purchase pallet racking which would only include uprights and cross beams for $555.75 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Announcements: The Annual Town Meeting shall be held on April 17, 2018 at 7:00 pm. There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Friday April 27, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Town of Rock Marshfield, WI. Speaker Chad Schooley, Director of the Wood County Parks & Forestry Department, will give updates on the Wood County Parks & Forestry Department. WTA Directors and Elected Officials have been invited to attend. Board of Review Open Book Session is May 9, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm located at Town of Lincoln Hall. Board of Review is May 16, 2018 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. located at Town of Lincoln Hall. Motion by Matt Joiner to adjourn the meeting at 9:37 p.m. Second by Josh Mauritz. all ayes. Motion carried.
