PUBLIC COMMENTS: No Public Comments APPROVE FEBRUARY MINUTES OF MEETING: The February 2018 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on February 27, 2018. Motion by Bob Cassaday to approve the February 2018 Meeting Minutes. Second by Matt Joiner all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept the financial report as submitted; Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTIES Zoning Permits: Adam Zinthefer / 12046 County Road V / 16’ X 20’ All Season Room Building Permits: No Building Permits Fire Department: Larry Gleischner read the March Meeting Minutes. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Winter Maintenance Items: New Carbide Blades for the Patrol Truck are here on site. Road Work Bid Preparation: Discussed the Road Work Plan for 2018. Will publish ads for bids. Board will open bids at the April Board Meeting. Emergency Management Trailer: Motion by Leonard Johnson to purchase the Haulmark trailer for our emergency management trailer for $6,780.50 Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Signs: Motion by Bob Cassaday to purchase signs not to exceed $4,700.00 Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Annual Financial Report: Motion by Josh Mauritz to accept the Annual Financial Report Second by Bob Cassaday. all ayes. Motion carried. Town Lawn Mower: Hydraulics are going bad on lawn mower. Andy and Matt will get an estimate for lawn mower. Announcements: The Annual Town Meeting shall be held on the 3rd Tuesday of April. There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Thursday March 15, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Town of Richfield Hall Marshfield, WI. Evening Topic: Publicity and Hospitality at Farm Technology Days. Tornado and Severe Weather Awareness Week, April 9th -13th 2018. Tornado Drill Day is Thursday, April 12, 2018 with drills occurring at 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Motion by Bob Cassaday to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m. Second by Matt Joiner. all ayes.
