PUBLIC COMMENTS: No Public Comments APPROVE JANUARY MINUTES OF MEETING: The January 2018 Meeting Minutes were sent to the board members via e-mail on January 11, 2018. Motion by Matt Joiner to approve the January 2018 Meeting Minutes. Second by Josh Mauritz all ayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: The financial report was prepared and read by Janet M. Bell, Treasurer. Motion by Bob Cassaday to accept the financial report as submitted; Second by Leonard Johnson. all ayes. Motion carried. Road Work 2018: No Action taken Building Maintenance: New Flooring has been installed in the Town Hall. Bushman Subdivision: No Action Taken NEW BUSINESS: Emergency Management Trailer: Discussing having an emergency trailer in the township which would be equipped for emergencies. Road Work Bid Preperation: Discussing upcoming Roadwork Announcements: There will be a meeting of the Wood County Unit of Wisconsin Towns Association on the evening of Friday February 16, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Remington Town Hall 1596 Highway 80, Babcock, Wi. Speaker Tom Gardner, Owner/CEO, Hay Creek Companies, will have a discussion about his Pallet Factory located in Pittsville, Wi.
