April 30, 2020 Special Board Meeting

TOWN OF PORT EDWARDS SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES Date: April 30th, 2020 Call to Order: Chairman Randy Moody called the Town Board Meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. in the Town Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance was said at the start. Meeting Certification: This meeting has been properly posted (on the Town’s three posting boards, and on the Town Hall door) as well as published on our website and in the Daily Tribune, to notify the public of date, place, time, and agenda. Attendance: Chairman Randy Moody, Supervisor Tim Schmidt, Treasurer Kathy Reese, Clerk Michelle Sorenson. Attending thru Zoom was Supervisor Jeff O’Donnell. No one from the public was in attendance. Agenda: Approve the agenda Reject all bids received for Lynn Hill Road reconstruction Adjourn Motion was made by Schmidt and seconded by O’Donnell, to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Bids: Motion was made by O’Donnell and seconded by Schmidt to reject all bids that were received with regards to the Lynn Hill Road reconstruction project pursuant to s.59.52(30). A sealed, written, third party engineering estimate of the project was missing on the night the bids were opened. Motion carried.
