April 21, 2020 Annual Board Meeting

TOWN OF PORT EDWARDS ANNUAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES Date: April 21st, 2020 Call to Order: Chairman Randy Moody called the Town Board Meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. in the Town Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance was said at the start of the April 21st, 2020, Special Meeting that took place at 6:00p.m. just prior to this meeting. Meeting Certification: This meeting has been properly posted (on the Town’s three posting boards, and on the Town Hall door) as well as published on our website and in the Daily Tribune, to notify the public of date, place, time, and agenda. Attendance: Chairman Randy Moody, Supervisor Tim Schmidt, Treasurer Kathy Reese, Clerk Michelle Sorenson. Absent was Supervisor Jeff O’Donnell. No one from the public was in attendance. Agenda: Approve the agenda Reschedule full Annual Meeting for a later date Adjourn Motion was made by Schmidt and seconded by Moody, to approve the agenda. Motion carried. Postponement: Motion was made by Moody and seconded by Schmidt to postpone the Town’s Annual Meeting to sixty (60) days after the termination of the Governor’s order (executive order #72).
