Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Commission Meeting — Minutes

1-15-2026 Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Meeting Minutes Call to order at 10:00 am by President Donna Stuttgen Present were Commissioners Donna Stuttgen, Chris Goehring, and Jay Stuttgen Motion made to add President Donna Stuttgen, Secretary Jay Stuttgen and Treasurer Theresa Grassel to all bank accounts. Theresa Grassel and Jay Stuttgen to have internet access to all bank accounts. By Chris Goehring 2nd by Jay Stuttgen, Motion passed. Motion made that after President Donna, Secretary Jay, and Treasurer Theresa Grassel are added to bank accounts, to remove prior commission President Ned Ruesch and Secretary Leslianne Ruesch from the bank accounts, by Chris Goehring, 2nd by Jay Stuttgen. Motion passed. Motion made to add President Donna Stuttgen, Secretary Jay Stuttgen, and Treasurer Theresa Grassel as signers to all bank accounts and all other checking accounts by Chris Goehring 2nd by Jay Stuttgen. Motion passed. Motion made to adjourn by Chris Goehring 2nd by Jay Stuttgen Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 10:12 am Respectfully submitted Jay Stuttgen Secretary
