Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Commission Meeting — Minutes

Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Commission Meeting December 16, 2025, 7pm 3720 County Road P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Board Members Present: President Ned Ruesch, Commissioner Ron Koziczkowski, Secretary Leslianne Ruesch, Treasurer Terri Grassel. Commissioner Joel Kuehnhold appeared by phone. The meeting was called to order by Ned Ruesch. The secretary report was read. A motion was moved by Ned to approve. Seconded by Ron. Motion approved. The treasurer report was received. Old Business: Commissioner Ron Koziczkowski updated on the sludge removal that was done. New Business: First quarter bills will be sent out soon. Along with the bills will be a survey with a stamped return envelope. We encourage residents to fill these out and get them back to us. These surveys will help our contractor better decide where to schedule maintenance and updates. The new commission has been appointed by The Town of Milladore. We thank them for their willingness to serve our communities. Commission President Trent Meyer will serve a 4 term, Commissioner and acting secretary Jay Stuttgen will serve a 6 year term, and Commissioner Chris Goehring will serve a 2 year term. The sanitary district needs to adopt a clear open records policy. The secretary shared the example with the commission. A motion was moved by Ned to adopt this policy, with Secretary Jay Stuttgen as the official records custodian. Seconded by Ron. Motion carried. Copies will be posted to the website and at the Milladore town hall. Public comment was had. Ned moved a motion to pay bills. Seconded by Ron. Motion carried. The next meeting will be determined by the new commission. A motion was moved by Ned to adjourn. Seconded by Joel. Meeting adjourned.
