Town of Milladore Board of Supervisors Meeting December 7, 2025, 6:30 pm 3720 County Rd. P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Agenda Call to Order Secretary Report Treasurer Report Additions to the Agenda Old Business: There has still been no response from The Sherry Fire Department to our open records request we sent to see their finances, and correspondence with the State of Wisconsin. The chair has been working with the Wood County Sheriff’s Office regarding the promissory note the previous treasurer has signed. Contact has been made with their parole officer, and we expect restitution payments to be coming soon through the proper court channels. The town is purchasing a new plow truck. We are finalizing the details and expect to have it soon. New Business: The Clerk has the list of poll workers ready for the 2026 upcoming election season. An updated Substitution of Bond Ordinance for the Treasurer needs to be approved to handle the taxes. A copy of the Bridge Inspection report is now available. End of the year review of bank accounts and money to be moved into savings for projects anticipated next year. Our customer value agreement with Fabick needs to be signed for the next 2 years. This saves us a significant amount of money with servicing the grader. Recycling Center Updates Substantial savings have been made this year in running the joint recycling center. Sanitary District Updates Brief synopsis of changes already made. Timeline for appointing a new commission. Road Repairs and Concerns Clerk Mail Public Comment Public comment will be restricted to 2 minutes per person. We ask that you remain respectful.
