Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Commission Special Meeting — Minutes

Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Commission Meeting November 11, 2025, 7 pm Milladore Town Hall, 3720 Cty. Rd. P Meeting Minutes Commission Members Present: President Ned Ruesch, Commissioner Ron Koziczkowski, Commissioner Joel Kuehnhold, Secretary Leslianne Ruesch, Treasurer Terri Grassel. The meeting was called to order. Dan Kundinger from IFT is present to discuss a potential contract for servicing and maintaining our sewers. He has been on multiple calls already for us and has also met with the board members and the DNR in the past week. A motion was moved by Ron to hire IFT and accept their 6 year contract. Seconded by Joel. Motion approved. IFT will submit invoices monthly until the new year when the contract payments will begin. Ned and Ron have met with Kyle Parks, who is interested in becoming the plant’s OIC. He is currently already a licensed basic operator, and well on his way to becoming an advanced operator. A motion was moved by Ron, to hire Kyle Parks as the new Blenker Sherry Sanitary District OIC, paying him $5,500 per year, plus up to $500 in reimbursement for classes needed each year. Seconded by Joel. Motion approved. The secretary will be working with Dan to get a survey out to all sewer residents that will better help determine an action plan for repairing and replacing current pumps etc. A motion was moved by Ned to pay bills.
