Blenker Sherry Sanitary District Commission Special Meeting October 29, 2025, 7 pm 3720 County Rd. P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Meeting Minutes Commission Members Present: Commission President Ned Ruesch, Commissioner Ron Koziczkowski, Commissioner Joel Kuehnhold, Commission Secretary Leslianne Ruesch, Commission Treasurer Terri Grassel. The meeting was called to order by Commission President Ned Ruesch. A motion was moved by Joel to move into closed session per WI Statute 19.85.1.f. Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, specifically customers of Blenker Sherry Sanitary District who are behind in payments and will be turned over to the county for collection via the tax roll. Seconded by Ron. Motion approved. A motion was moved by Joel to come back into open session. Seconded by Ned. Motion approved. Return to open session. A motion was moved by Ron to allow the treasurer and secretary to put on the tax roll all delinquent accounts, and to send that information to the Sherry and Milladore Town clerk to begin the process. Seconded by Joel. Motion approved. The secretary will reach out to the Sherry clerk as soon as the list is finalized. The commission will look towards setting a higher fee for those habitual delinquencies in the future. A motion was moved by Joel to sell the three non working trucks, on the property for $750. This price reflects the condition of the trucks as well as the fact some are without titles. Seconded by Ron. Motion approved. A motion was moved by Ned to pay bills. Seconded by Ron.
