Blenker-Sherry Sanitary District Commission October 21, 2025, 7 pm 3720 County Rd. P, Milladore, WI, 54454 Agenda Call to Order Secretary Report Treasurer Report Any additions to the agenda Old Business: We are still missing crucial documents and information from the previous commission. Budget for 2026 -missing information from previous commission has this item on hold until we can verify/legitimize expenses in some categories. Delinquencies need to be turned over to the county in the upcoming weeks. We will be reaching out to residents to clarify where missing payments were sent. Search for OIC, additional operators, and various personnel. We have spoken with multiple interested parties and will continue to show them around the plant etc. We have set up a meeting with the DNR and interested operators. The DNR will be educating on proper sample taking techniques and going over other procedures to help the plant run efficiently and according to state requirements. New Business: The CPA has found a large amount of money that was deposited into the accounts in 2024, 2025 but had not been properly allocated towards customer accounts. We are working to rectify this. After interference, we are finally on the bank accounts. We have placed a stop-payment on 4 checks that are missing and not noted in Quickbooks. We will be ordering new checks with the correct address on them. Establish 2026 rates. Establish late fees. In an effort to make sure everyone is paying the same, fair, rate we need to identify and possibly adjust those businesses who are currently paying over or under their counterparts. An invoice was sent to The Sherry Fire Department for the 2025 year. We need to hire someone to plow snow this year. A complete inventory needs to be done of plant, including out buildings. We need to look into dumpster service for the plant. We will need scrap hauling/to place a scrap dumpster while we clean up the plant. Are any of the vehicles parked at the plant worth salvaging? We have titles for only 3 of them, and no insurance information has been handed over to new commission. A letter has been sent out to district residents with contact information and payment address. Public Comment: Public comment will be restricted to 2 minutes per person. We ask that you remain respectful. Move to Pay Bills.
