Blenker-Sherry Sanitary District Commission Meeting October 16, 2025 Minutes Commission Members Present: Commission President Ned Ruesch, Commissioner Ron Koziczkowski, Commissioner Joel Kuehnhold, Commission Treasurer Terri Grassel, Commission Secretary Leslianne Ruesch The meeting was opened by Commission President Ned Ruesch. A motion was moved by Ned to go into closed session under Wis. Stat.s.1985(1)(f) for considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any persona referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; specifically, regarding the Blenker Sherry sanitary district and its former personnel. Seconded by Commissioner Joel Kuehnhold. Motion approved. Closed session discussion A motion was moved by Ned to come back to open session. Seconded by Commissioner Ron Koziczkowski. Motion approved. The public waiting outside was informed we were now in open session. Action on topics of closed session: A motion was moved by Joel to no longer charge Becker Trucking, as evidence shows they have never been hooked up to The Blenker- Sherry Sanitary District. Seconded by Ron. Motion approved. A motion was moved by Joel to no longer charge Roger Tomlinson, as there has been no evidence that he has ever been hooked up to The Blenker-Sherry Sanitary District. Seconded by Ron. Motion approved. A motion was moved by Joel to send a bill for the 2025 year to The Sherry Fire Department, as there are conflicting records about whether they’ve been billed previously. Seconded by Ron. Motion approved. The treasurer will send them a bill. The next meeting will be held on October 21, 2025, 7 pm, at The Milladore Town Hall, 3720 County Road P, Milladore, WI, 54454. A motion was moved by Ned to pay bills. Seconded by Joel. Motion approved. A motion was moved by Ned to adjourn. Seconded by Joel.
