O'Hern (O'Hern Business Park, LLC) for a variance from Section 340-4.23G.(4) and Section 340-8.4B to allow for the reconstruction of a culvert and allowance of a driveway ingress and egress up to the property line and with a width of approximately 50-feet at the right-of-way and a width of approximately 60-feet at the roadway, opposed to the maximum width of 30 feet at the right-of-way line and 36 feet at the roadway upon the property located at N46 W23133 Lindsay Road - Pewaukee, WI 53072 (PWC 0869-996). 3.
