Board of Supervisors Meeting — Minutes

Town of Milladore Board of Supervisors Meeting February 2, 2025 Minutes Members Present: Ned Ruesch, Hank Nigh, Leslianne Ruesch, Ken Manlick Supervisor Joel Kuehnhold appeared via phone. Citizens Present: Ron Koziczkowski, Bob Ashbeck The meeting was called to order by Ned with the Pledge of Allegiance. Representatives from the Town of Sherry were present to discuss the joint recycling center. We have requested to receive billings promptly, including receipts, and that they are itemized. Sherry agreed to this, and asked our patience as they work through personnel changes. The secretary report was read. A motion was moved by Ned to approve. Seconded by Hank. Motion approved. The treasurer report was received. Old Business: The clerk handed out W2 forms for town employees. The clerk gave an overview of the upcoming Spring Primary Election to be held on February 18, 2025, including absentee ballots sent, and early voting hours. We are still awaiting more information as to when the well will be drilled. The cd ending in---1 was closed, and the funds moved into the equipment fund. New Business: Ned reported on the Highway Department meeting he attended in regards to the dangers and traffic issues on Hwy 10/186. They are still looking for ways to make those intersections safer. Alliant Energy will be starting the work on Hwy P soon. We are coordinating with an electrician to have a new meter box put outside the town hall once the lines are buried. An agreement with Wisconsin Rapids for compost recycling was received. A motion was moved by Ned to sign, seconded by Hank. Motion approved. The clerk will return the signed agreement. A contract with The Sherry Volunteer Fire Department needs to be drafted and signed by both parties. A motion was moved by Ned to pay bills. Seconded by Hank. Motion approved. The next meeting will be held on March 2, 2025 at 6:30 pm. A motion was moved by Ned to adjourn. Seconded by Joel. Meeting adjourned.
