Board of Supervisors Meeting Town of Milladore January 5, 2025 Agenda Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance Secretary Report Treasurer Report Old Business: New bank account has been opened for building fund, and deposit made. Designation of Equipment fund has been completed, and deposit made. Town debit card has been received. The WTA Unit meeting was held on December 6th, and we received good feedback. Letters were sent out with tax bills explaining new late fees for dog licenses, sewer charges, etc. Statement of Taxes was filed with the Department of Revenue. Bridge inspection was filed with the state. Tabled Humane Society Contract. The clerk has new information. Nomination papers for all board and town positions are due on January 7th. New Business: The clerk is working on the town W2 forms. Road Repair Concerns: Clerk Mail: Public Input Move to Pay Bills: Next meeting will be held on February 2, 2025. Adjourn
