Town of Milladore Supervisors Meeting and Annual Budget Meeting Held November 3, 2024 Agenda 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Call to Order the Special Meeting of Electors to set the 2025 Town of Milladore Budget A. Request motion for entering the Annual Budget Meeting B. Review of the proposed 2025 Town of Milladore Budget C. Discussion of current town officials’ salaries a. Town Chair-$3200, paid annually in March. b. Town Supervisors-$2100, paid annually in March. c. Clerk-$6200, paid over the course of 12 months. d. Treasurer-$3800, paid over the course of 12 months. D. Discussion of skilled worker compensation a. Skilled labor includes grading, plowing, tree trimming, mechanical work, carpentry, etc. b. Current skilled labor is paid at $22 per hour. E. Discussion of unskilled worker compensation a. Unskilled labor includes recycling work, cleaning, etc. b. Current unskilled labor is paid at $12 per hour. F. Discussion of election worker compensation a. Current election workers are paid at $14 per hour for poll workers, and $16 for the Inspector of Elections. b. Compensation for attending county inspector trainings is $50, plus mileage. G. Adjourn Special Meeting of Electors 4. Secretaries Report 5. Treasurers Report 6. Old Business a. Election News- we have had record numbers of new registrations, absentee votes, and early voting in anticipation of The General Election to be held on November 5. 7. New Business a. Sanitary delinquencies have been received, and the clerk will file with the county. b. Update list of town employees as needed. c. The hall has been equipped with some ADA compliant features. This is a work in progress. d. Survey maps have been received for the Bolders and need review. e. We will be hosting the WTA Unit Meeting on December 6th, 2024. 8. Road Repair Concerns 9.
