Town of Milladore Supervisors Meeting October 6, 2024 Agenda 1. Call to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Any additions or corrections to the agenda 4. Secretaries report 5. Treasurers report 6. Old Business: a. The clerk contacted Rural Mutual in regards to audit fee. This was an error on their part, and they stated it will be corrected and refunded. b. The information regarding the $500 reward for finding the person(s) responsible for the theft of signs has been posted on the website. c. The General Election will be held on November 5, 2024. Absentee ballots have been sent out to all those requestion. Absentee ballots may be requested until October 31, 2024. d. A preliminary meeting will be held in mid-November with Bill Bruening, who will be conducting an audit of the town’s finances, and helping to set up more appropriate software for budgeting. e. The 5 year road plan needs to be reevaluated. 7. New Business: a. The public test of election equipment will be held on October 30, 2024 at 7 pm. b. In person absentee voting will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays October 22-31, from 6-8 pm, at the town hall, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY . Please contact the town clerk to arrange an appointment. c.
