Agenda Supervisors Meeting for the Town of Milladore August 4, 2024 Call to order Pledge of Allegiance Secretaries Report Treasurer Report Old Business: New website is up and running. The clerk is still working with the host to transfer data. There are many new features that should help in relaying information to our community. Citizens can report road issues easily from the homepage tab. Citizens can sign up to be notified whenever something is posted. Current election information with links to request absentee ballots and other information is tabbed for easy access. Recycling, Dog Licenses, Board of Review information etc. can easily be found. The Smokey Hill Road project has started. This project was done using funds awarded by the DNR. Liquor licenses were given to Swetz and Empty Nest Winery. Bills were presented by the Town of Sherry for the joint recycling project. The clerk and treasurer have reviewed them and payment has been sent for our portion. Bids have been solicited for the well. New Business: Update to Resolution 1 passed into town law in 2022 regarding legal posting locations. The partisan primary will be held on August 13, 2024 The public test of election equipment will be done after the August 4 Supervisor Meeting.
