Town Board of Supervisors Meeting — Agenda

Agenda for the Town of Milladore Supervisors Meeting March 3, 2024 1. Call to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Any additions or adjustments to the agenda 4. Secretaries report 5. Treasurer report Old Business: a. Swetz was granted 4 new operator licenses by the clerk after performing background checks. Copies of all needed certificates and paperwork were retained. b. The February Spring Primary went well. The clerk was able to train a new election worker. We appreciate all those that worked the polls, and all those that voted. c. Tools needed for shop? New Business: a. A partisan primary election will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. b. We need to verify who has keys to the town hall and shop for our records. c. Bids need to be published in April. Which papers do we want to publish in? d. The open book will be Tuesday, August 20, from 5-7 pm e. The Board of Review will be Tuesday, August 27, from 5-7 pm. f. We need to designate at least one person to get certified by the WTA for the BOR. There are upcoming classes that need to be registered for. g. We received a resignation letter from Rosie, the secretary and treasurer for the recycling center. Hank needs to sign this to be sent back to the Town of Sherry. We appreciate her service. h. A letter was received by the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department in regards to their critical care endorsement. It must be acknowledged and sent back. i. Wood County Emergency Management sent us a letter in regards to an updated building number for parcel 1200583. A new number was given. Standing Agenda Items: a. Road Repair Concerns b. She expressed her thanks to the town for paying the estate Leon’s salary, and also sincerely thanked those members who attended Leon’s visitation.
