TOWN OF SIGEL BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES DATE: May 27, 2026 PLACE: Town of Sigel Town Hall BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Dick Goodwin, Supervisors Thomas Nieman and Dennis Larson, Clerk Sandra Nieman and Todd Pauls, Assessor. 1. Board Chairman Goodwin, called the Board of Review to order at 2:00 PM. 2. Notice has been properly posted and published. 3. T Nieman, S Nieman, D Larson are certified members of the Board of Review. 4. Nominate Chairman of the Board of Review – Supervisor Tom Nieman nominated Dick Goodwin as Chairman of the Board of Review, there were no other nominations – passed with unanimous consent. 5. Nominate Co-Chairman of the Board of Review – Chairman Goodwin nominated Tom Nieman as Co-Chairman of the Board of Review, there no other nominations so passed with unanimous consent. 6. Nominate Clerk of the Board of Review – Dick Goodwin nominated Sandra Nieman as Clerk of the Board of Review, seconded by Tom Nieman – passed with unanimous consent. 7. Board received the Assessment Roll from Assessor Todd Pauls of B.A. Pauls & Associates. 8. No one appeared to object to their assessment. 9.
