TOWN OF SIGEL BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS MINUTES DATE: Wednesday, February 18, 2026 TIME: 6:00 pm PLACE: Town of Sigel Town Hall MEMBERS PRESENT: Mike Schwake (Chair), John Peckham (Secretary), Cindy Pelot, Jason Zellner, Larry Scholze, and Steve Altmann (Alternate) CITIZENS PRESENT: None 1. Chair Mike Schwake called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. 2. Declaration of Quorum - Schwake declared that a quorum of the Board was present. 3. Board Duties – Board duties for the upcoming meeting were discussed 4. Public Comments - There were no public comments. 5.
