PUBLIC NOTICEPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Cranberry Creek Landfill Expansion Local Committee will meet on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. at the Sigel Town Hall, 3698 Town Hall Rd, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495. Approve minutes of last meetingIV. The Committee may vote to go into closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), which reads: “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.” In closed session, the Committee will discuss its negotiating strategy with Waste Management. V.Reconvene in open session for further discussion, if any, and to take action, if any, on items discussed in closed session. VI.Meet with Waste Management representatives to discuss landfill agreement.VII.Adjourn
