MINUTES Cranberry Creek Landfill Expansion WASTE SITING COMMITTEE DECEMBER 12, 2025 TOWN OF SIGEL HALL I. Lawrie Kobza, Waste Siting Committee Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:00AM. II. MEMBERS PRESENT: Lawrie Kobza, Tom Nieman, Dick Goodwin, Dean Oilschlager, and Matt Zacher. OTHERS PRESENT: Sandra Nieman, Town of Sigel Clerk, Sue Schill, City of Wisc Rapids Attormey A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Minutes – Goodwin made a motion to approve meetings minutes from the last meeting of the 10-03-2025 meeting. Nieman seconded. Motion passed. B. Zacher made a motion to go into closed session, seconded by Goodwin. Motion carried. C. Adjourn - The meeting was adjourned in closed session at 10:15AM.
