PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Cranberry Creek Landfill Expansion Local Committee will meet on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. at the Sigel Town Hall, 3698 Town Hall Rd, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495. The following items are on the agenda for consideration: AGENDA Cranberry Creek Landfill Expansion Local Committee 8:00 AM – October 3, 2025 Sigel Town Hall I. Call meeting to order II. Roll call III. Approve minutes of last meeting IV. The Committee may vote to go into closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), which reads: “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.” In closed session, the Committee will discuss its negotiation of a landfill siting agreement with Waste Management. The Committee will adjourn in closed session.
