SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES DATE: JUNE 8, 2025 PLACE: Town of Sigel Town Hall – 3678 TOWN HALL RD – WISC RAPIDS WI TIME: 5:00PM BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Dick Goodwin, Supervisor Tom Nieman and Supervisor Dennis Larson. 1. Chairman Goodwin called the meeting of the Town Board to order at 5:00PM. 2. QUOTES FOR ROAD BASE ON TOWN ROADS – Goodwin made a motion to go with Becker Trucking at $13.90/ton for road base for delivery anywhere in the town prior to pulverizing. Seconded by Larson. Motion passed. 3. OTHER GRAVEL ROAD CONDITIONS – Gravel is needed on south Nelson Ln. Kolo Trucking was contacted for a load of road base on that road. That will be delivered and spread. Larry Pelot will be contracted to grade and level. Goodwin made a motion to complete as stated. Nieman seconded. Motion carried. 4. CITIZEN INPUT - Goodwin stated that a landowner complained about grading on Dan Vruwink property off Fischer Rd. stating that he his concerned about water flow in that area. Goodwin stated that he feels the Town should investigate getting a court order to have the Morgan property cleaned up. 5. ADJOURN – Motion to adjourn made by Goodwin, seconded by Nieman at 5:40PM.
