TOWN OF SIGEL BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES DATE: May 28, 2025 PLACE: Town of Sigel Town Hall BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Dick Goodwin, Supervisors Thomas Nieman and Dennis Larson, Clerk Sandra Nieman and Todd Pauls, Assessor. 1. Board Chairman Goodwin, called the Board of Review to order at 2:00 PM. 2. Notice has been properly posted and published. 3. T Nieman, S Nieman, D Goodwin are certified members of the Board of Review. 4. Nominate Chairman of the Board of Review – Supervisor T Nieman nominated Dick Goodwin as Chairman of the Board of Review, seconded by D Larson – passed with unanimous consent. 5. Nominate Co-Chairman of the Board of Review – Chairman Goodwin nominated T Nieman as Co-Chairman of the Board of Review, seconded by D Larson passed with unanimous consent. 6. Nominate Clerk of the Board of Review – D Larson nominated Sandra Nieman as Clerk of the Board of Review, seconded by T Nieman – passed with unanimous consent. 7. Board received the Assessment Roll from Assessor Todd Pauls of B.A. Pauls & Associates. 8. No one appeared to object to their assessment. 9.
