PUBLIC NOTICEPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Cranberry Creek Landfill Expansion Local Committee will meet on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Wisconsin Rapids City Hall, 444 West Grand Avenue, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495. Approve minutes of last meetingIV. The Committee may vote to go into closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), which reads: “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.” In closed session until 10:00 AM, the Committee will discuss its negotiating strategy with Waste Management. Beginning at 10 AM, the Committee will conduct negotiations with Waste Management regarding a landfill expansion agreement. The Committee will adjourn in closed session.
