AGENDA Cranberry Creek Landfill Expansion Local Committee Friday January 24, 2025---10 am to noon Sigel Town Hall I. Call meeting to order II. Roll call III. Approve minutes of last meeting V . Introduce Larry Scholze as Joe’s replacement (currently alternate as per TOS Resolution dated on 4/02/2021) VI. Elect Chairperson for this Local WMN Committee VIII. Consider response to Waste Management VII. The Committee may vote to go into closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e), which reads: “Deliberating or negotiation the purchasing of public properties, the investing or public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or reasons required a closed session. ” When returning to open session, the Committee may continue discussing the next steps in negotiating with the landfill.
