TOWN OF SIGEL BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES DATE: September 24, 2024 PLACE: Town of Sigel Town Hall BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Dick Goodwin, Supervisor Thomas Nieman and, Clerk Sandra Nieman and Todd Pauls, Assessor. 1. Board Chairman Goodwin, called the Board of Review to order at 5:00 PM. 2. Notice has been properly posted and published. 3. T Nieman, S Nieman are certified members of the Board of Review. 4. Chairman of the Board of Review was appointed at the adjournment meeting of Board of Review held on June 5, 2024 – Supervisor Larry Pelot nominated Dick Goodwin as Chairman of the Board of Review, seconded by T Nieman – passed with unanimous consent. 5. Co-Chairman of the Board of Review was appointed at the adjournment meeting of the Board of Review held on June 5, 2024 – Supervisor Goodwin nominated Tom Nieman as Co-Chairman of the Board of Review, seconded by Larry Pelot passed with unanimous consent. 6. Clerk of the Board of Review was appointed at the adjournment meeting of the Board of Review held on June 5, 2024 – Larry Pelot nominated Sandra Nieman as Clerk of the Board of Review, seconded by T Nieman – passed with unanimous consent. 7. Board received the Assessment Roll from Assessor Todd Pauls of B.A. Pauls & Associates. 8. No one appeared to object to their assessment. 9.
