Personnel Committee — Minutes

PERSONNEL COMMITTEE- Minutes Tuesday October 6th, 2026 9:00 a.m. Committee Members: Mark Honkomp, Chairperson; Dan Sullivan, Mike Guillemot Call to Order – Mark called the meeting to order at 9:00am. All members were present. Discussion and possible action on holiday dates for 2027- Committee reviewed the holidays for 2027 that the office will be closed. Motion Dan 2nd Mike to approve the 10 holidays for 2027 as follows: Friday 1-1-27, Monday 5-31-27, Friday 7-2-27, Monday 7-5-27, Monday 9-6-27, Thursday 11-25-27, Friday 11-26-27, Friday 12-24-27, Monday 12-27-27, Friday 12-31-27. Motion carried. Discussion and possible action on employee rate increase for 2027 – Committee reviewed the CPI-U chart. Motion Dan second Mike to approve a 2.75% wage increase for full-time staff members effective 12/28/2026 first pay period of new year. Motion carried. Discussion and possible action on employee/employer contribution for health insurance for 2027 – Committee reviewed the health insurance increase from Teamcare Health Plan effective 1-3-27. Motion Mark second Mike to approve employer share at 95% and employee share at 5%. Motion carried. Referrals for next meeting – Inclement weather policy and full-time staff reviews to be completed by first quarter in 2027. Set next meeting date and time- November 16th, 2026 at 7am.
