JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING - MINUTES VILLAGE OF BIRON September 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. 1. Call to order - Jon Evenson called the meeting to order at 10:05am. Aaron Nelson Wisconsin Rapids Public Schools, Jon Evenson Village of Biron, PaNyia Yang Wood County, Brenda Swan Mid- State Technical College. Also present Samantha Daugherty Village of Biron. Dan Sullivan Village of Biron. 2. Appointments (as needed): a. Public member – not present at time of roll call b. Chairperson – Motion Jon Second PaNyia to nominate Jon Evenson as Chair. Motion carried 3. Review Annual PE-300 Reports and the performance and status of the Village’s active Tax Incremental Districts as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f). – Jon provided a summary of each TID in the Village and members reviewed the PE 300 for each TID. 4. Approve “Resolution 26-13 Acknowledging Filing of Annual Reports and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.” – Motion Aaron Second PaNyia to approve Resolution 26-13. Motion carried. 5. Adjourn. – Motion Brenda Second PaNyia at 10:20am.
