Discussion and possible recommendation for Certified survey map from Point of Beginning and Hayden Biegel to split off from a 52.790-acre parcel Government Lots 3 and 4 of Section 34, Township 23 North, Range 6 East, Village of Biron, Wood County, Wisconsin (parcel 2400027) and create an 8051sq ft (.185 acre) Lot 1 and a 52.419- acre Lot 3 4. Discussion and possible recommendation Certified survey map from Point of Beginning and Marlene Dempze to split off from a 52.79-acre Government Lots 3 and 4 of Section 34, Township 23 North, Range 6 East, Village of Biron, Wood County, Wisconsin (parcel 2400027) and create an 8100 sq. ft (.186 acre) Lot 2 and a 52.419 Lot 3 5. Discussion and possible recommendation for a conditional use permit from Hayden Biegel to change the use of an existing building to an outpatient physical therapy office. 6. Discussion and possible recommendation for a conditional use permit from Marlene Dempze to build a single-family residence, short-term rental 7.
