Construction operations will begin near the intersection of CTH U and South Biron Drive and progress eastward towards Huffman Road. Construction operations are expected to begin mid- June and continue until mid-November. The project will consist of three segments to help maintain access to local residents and businesses. Expect road closures along CTH U between the following streets for each segment:  Segment 1: South Biron Drive to Badger Street  Segment 2: East of Badger Street/CTH U intersection to Fox Street  Segment 3: Short Street to Huffman Road The construction information meeting will be an open-house format. No formal presentation will be made. At this open house, attendees will be able to view project maps and proposed schedules, speak with the project management team, and provide input and ask specific questions about construction operations, such as schedule, traffic impacts, and access.
