Tremmel Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Radtke at 4:00 p.m. • Motion (Flugaur/Hummel) to approve the agenda and the August 7, 2025, minutes. Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: None • Committee Chairman’s Comments: None • Motion (Radtke/Hummel) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried. All ayes. • Motion (Radtke/Flugaur) to accept the three-year contract with Town Web for website starting January 1, 2026. Motion carried. All ayes. Trustee Flugaur stated that after the meeting with himself, Village staff and the Town Web representative, it was concluded that this website would work well for the Village and that it appeared easier to enter information on than the current website. • The 2026 budget process schedule was reviewed. • Old Business: None • New Business: None • Correspondence Received: None • Agenda Items for Next Meeting: None stated. • Meeting adjourned at 4:16 p.m. Lonn Radtke, Committee Chair
