Mancl Citizens: Tim Miller (Waste Management) Elizabeth Richmond (Waste Management) (remote) & Nick Achtermeier (Harter’s) Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting 1. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm. 2. Roll Call: All present from above. 3. Approve the agenda & previous month’s minutes: MOTION (Saylor/Radtke) to approve the agenda & minutes from July 23, 2025. Motion carried. All ayes. 4. Public comments on agenda items: None. 5. Committee Chairman’s comments: None. 6. Discussion with representatives from Waste Management and Harters on proposed 8-year contracts for trash & recycling services. Both companies addressed questions in regard to bulk pickup. MOTION (Saylor/Radtke) to move Harters 8-year bid to Village Board for approval. Motion passed. Saylor & Radtke aye and Zurfluh nay. 7. Discussion on painting Ver Bunker Avenue. It was decided that only the railroad crossing will be painted at this time. 8. Discussion on Rangeline Road repair estimate of $72,000.00.
