Radtke, N. Flugaur, E. Hummel, B. Mancl Absent: None Also Present: D. Tremmel Citizens: None Subjects Discussed, Action Taken & Board Action Required: Regular Monthly Meeting • Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Radtke at 4:30 p.m. • Motion (Radtke/Fluguar) to approve the agenda and the July 7, 2025, minutes. Motion carried. All ayes. • Public Comments on Agenda Items: None • Committee Chairman’s Comments: None • Motion (Radtke/Fluguar) to approve the monthly bills, journal entries for the previous month and financial reports. Motion carried. All ayes. • There was discussion on the three quotes for website hosting. Chair Radtke suggested eliminating the quote from Tyler Wisconsin because it is the most expensive. Trustee Fluguar felt it was important to hear input from the office staff who work on the website. It was decided that Trustee Fluguar, President Mancl, Ben Martinson and Kim Holcomb should meet to share input and discussion on each proposal. • The agreement for payment of the SRO services between the school, Village and police department was presented. • The timeline for the budget process was presented and reviewed. • Old Business: None • New Business: None • Correspondence Received: President Mancl stated that she received communications from people who were concerned about the condition of Rangeline Road. The public works crew did some patch work on the road earlier this week. • Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Discussion and possible motion on acceptance of website proposal.
