Meeting Minutes Approved October 20, 2025. Attest: ___________________________________ Minutes of the Town of Marshfield Board Meeting Town of Marshfield Hall – 7:30 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2025 Chairman John Salzmann called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In attendance were: Salzmann , Supervisors Mason Gukenberger & Randy Weigel, Treasurer Scott Wunrow and Clerk Janet Meyer. Visitor was Allan Schiferl. Motion Weigel/2nd Gukenberger to approve the minutes of the 8/11/25 Board meeting. Motion carried 3-0. Motion Weigel/2nd Gukenberger to approve the treasurer’s report showing an operating balance of $386,255.68 and a $109,976.01 CD. Motion carried. 3-0. • Public Comments/Concerns – o None. • Zoning Administrator - o 1 permit was issued and fees were submitted. • Fire Department – o Bills were reviewed. Motion Gukenberger/2nd Weigel to approve fire dept. bills. Motion carried 3-0. • Roads – o Stadt Road Bridge replacements started today. During the construction, Sheet Piling Services LLC , will be renting our town hall to use as the office for the Wisdot Engineer. o Larry cleaned the drainpipes in both maintenance buildings. o Bump signs will be placed on south Stadt where there is a dip in the road. o The plow truck is in for maintenance. o We will have the full ditches cut this fall, rather than just one pass as was done in the spring. • Old Business – o Town website is live. There are still items that need to be completed. • New Business – o A potential Solar Power Ordinance was discussed. A sample ordinance was given to the board members to review. o The WISLR report was completed. • Reviewed Town bills. Motion Weigel/2nd Gukenberger to pay Town of Marshfield bills. Motion carried 3-0. • Correspondence – o None. • The next meeting will be held on October 20, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. • Motion Weigel/2ndGukenberger to adjourn. Motion carried 3-0.
