1 Village of Rosholt Special Board Meeting Minutes Thursday August 20, 2026 4:30 p.m. @ Village Hall (101 S Main St) APPROVED September 14,2026 Call to Order: By President, R. Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, T. Firkus, J. Malek, R. Mueller, Absent: E. Hartvig Public Present: M. Omernik, C. Malek NO PUBLIC REQUESTS FOR CONSIDERATION • Review & Discuss Rosholt Hill Century Association Lease Agreement: Amendments were requested by Rosholt Hill Century Association. Changes requested was an extension to the years of lease agreement. Other sections for verbiage change were to lease annual reviews, compliance, enforcements. Motion: T. Firkus / R. Mueller to Approve of the amendments discussed in section (1), (3) and (8). Clerk to change and or add to those sections and work with M. Omernik on these changes. M. Omernik to approve of the changes made before clerk sends lease agreement to Village Attorney for review. • Discuss Liability Insurance Policy: Board asked for a copy of Rosholt Hill Century Associations general liability policy to have on file. Clerk gave M. Omernik the name and number of the company and agent that the village uses. Clerk to reach out to our agent to discuss a general liability policy for the entire building. NO Action was taken on this agenda item only discussion was had. Adjournment at 5:30 p.m. Motion: R. Mueller/ J. Malek to adjourn.
