1 Special Meeting of the Rosholt Village Board & Zoning Plan Commission Monday January 26, 2026 6:00 p.m. @ Village Hall (101 S Main St) APPROVED FEBRUARY 9, 2026 Call to Order: By President, R. Kurszewski Pledge of Allegiance: Roll Call: R. Kurszewski, E. Hartvig, T. Firkus, J. Malek, R. Mueller, R. Pliska, D. Butts, J. Kumenius, Absent K. Krogwold Public Present: D. Reit, A. Simonis NO PUBLIC REQUESTS FOR CONSIDERATION • Review, Discuss & Approve Preliminary Plans Submitted by LTTS: LTTS LLC submitted the final preliminary drawing for the Wieczorek Hilltop Reserve drawn up by Point of Beginning. Board requested documentation that the (2) property owners were contacted and per the last board meeting, LTTS LLC was asked to work out an agreement with the residents that have buildings or structures over the property lines. One of the residents stated they will tear down the structure that is over property lines of lot #5 by Spring. The other resident that has buildings over lots #10 & #11 will be moving the buildings over on his property in the Spring. Documentation of moving the buildings was submitted to clerk for notarization. Motion: E. Hartvig/ R. Kurszewski to Approve of the Final Preliminary plans for Wieczorek Hilltop Reserve submitted by LTTS LLC drawn by Point of Beginning. *T. Firkus & R. Mueller Abstained from all voting on this agenda item. • Review, Discuss Estimate for an Engineer for Flowmeter at Treatment Plant: Maintenance received an estimate from CBS Squared Inc for site visit to review location, reports, plans and the installation of the magnetic flow meter at the Rosholt Wastewater Treatment plant. Motion: T. Firkus / R. Mueller to approve of the estimate given by CBS Squared Inc for the installation of the Magnetic Flow meter at the Rosholt Wastewater Treatment Plant. Roll Call Vote, all in favor, none opposed, motion carried. • Review discuss Draft Building Premise & Maintenance Ordinance: Village Board and Zoning Plan Commission discussed and reviewed the draft ordinance written by the Village Attorney. Lots of questions about the draft were asked by the board about this draft. E. Hartvig was writing the questions down that need to be asked in order to move forward with the reviewing process of this draft. Motion: E. Hartvig/ R. Kurszewski to Postpone this agenda item till the February 9th Meeting where anyone that wanted a copy of the draft ordinance, should review it before the next meeting and we can 2 get all questions in order for the Village Attorney. Clerk will email over all questions to village attorney after the February 9th meeting. Adjournment at 7:00 p.m. Motion: R. Kurszewski/ E. Hartvig to adjourn.
