Trustee Stroik mentioned the Village may want to start looking for another municipal attorney. 6. The bond issue is associated with the Sherman Avenue Sewer Replacement Project in which the project is already completed and paid for out of various accounts. When the loan closes, the Village will receive funds back to replenish these accounts. Motion by Trustee Stroik, seconded by Trustee Lutz to approve Resolution #2026-03. Motion carried by unanimously by voice vote. 7. President Taugner explained this is an agreement with the Village of Plover and is an excellent thing to have in place. Trustee Lutz added that this will not need to be renewed, it will be an on-going agreement between the municipalities with no expiration date. Motion by Trustee Lutz, seconded by Trustee Lasecki to approve the Reciprocal Agreement. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. Jake will be working with the Village of Plover on an executable copy of the agreement. 2 8. President Taugner explained the background on the Resolution as the intent is to create an interest in the Wisconsin Legislature to consider additional funding for the State’s transportation system as we continue to see aids/grants decline in comparison to inflation. Motion by Trustee Stroik, seconded by Trustee Lutz to approve Resolution #2026-04. Motion carried by unanimously by voice vote. 9. This is an update to the Employee Handbook incorporating ethics topics found in the Village Ordinances.
