Village of Whiting Personnel Committee Minutes Village of Whiting Municipal Center 3600 Water St., Stevens Point WI 54481is Friday, February 20, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. 1. Roll Call: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Kurt Glenzer at 10:07 a.m. Present were committee members Ben Lasecki and Karen Curtis. Also, present was Village President Bill Taugner and Utilities Supervisor Jacob Wilcox. 2. Approval of January 16, 2026 meeting minutes: Motion by Ben Lasecki, seconded by Karen Curtis to approve minutes of the January 16, 2026 Personnel Committee meeting. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the Review of the Job Description of the Village of Whiting Deputy Clerk/Treasurer. The committee reviewed and modified the Job Description. Motion by Kurt Glenzer, seconded by Karen Curtis to post the job opening as modified by the committee. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Discussion/possible Action Regarding Open Utility Operator Position. Discussed the job requirements. The job requirements are posted and will be closed for accepting applications March 3, 2016. 5.
