Village of Whiting Personnel Committee Minutes Village of Whiting Municipal Center 3600 Water St., Stevens Point WI 54481is Friday, January 16, 2026 – 10:00 a.m. 1. Roll Call: Meeting was called to order by President Bill Taugner at 10:01 a.m. Present were committee members Ben Lasecki and Karen Curtis. Kurt Glenzer was excused. Also, present was village resident Dean Curtis. 2. Approval of January 9, 2026 meeting minutes: Motion by Ben Lasecki, seconded by Karen Curtis to approve minutes of the January 9, 2026, Personnel Committee meeting. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding reform of Village of Whiting Employee Handbook: Reviewed the office copy of the employee handbook with our Draft Employee Handbook copy and made applicable changes. Ended at the Electronic Policy Statement section. 4. Adjournment: Motion by Karen Curtis, seconded by Ben Lasecki to adjourn.
