November Board Minutes

UNAPPROVED MINUTES The meeting was called to order by President Josh Stolzenburg. Present at the meeting were: President Josh Stolzenburg, Trustee Mark Brueggeman, Trustee Walter Leppen and Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. Citizens present: Mark Pearson, Lois Brueggeman Meeting was called to order. M/S, Bruggeman/Leppen move to approve the October Board minutes, all in favor, motion carried. Treasurer’s report submitted by Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz. M/S, Leppen/Brueggeman, move to pay the bills as presented by Clerk/Treasurer Daniel Bootz, all in favor, motion carried. Correspondence was reviewed. Public Statements – M. Pearson – Asked about the 2022 Budget and lack of information on the cost of the proposed Village Hall Previous Business: LRIP – Leppen completed the application and the application was submitted for review. Meeting to award funds is scheduled for 11/10/21. Park Renovation - Ad-hoc committee was established to work on park renovation and fundraising. They are now working on identifying priorities for the park. Updates GCAC – No updates Groundwater – Next meeting will be November 18th. An online resource is being developed for residents to use to assist with answering water related questions. Portage County is moving forward with planning for monitoring wells. Park Commission – No updates Ad-hoc- see above Fire Commission – No updates Planning Commission – Christmas lights will be going up by the end of November. New lights may be purchased to replace non-working lights. M/S Leppen/Brueggeman Adjourned 5:45pm
