Discussion and possible action – Review quotes and purchase IT services and computer system required to receive election security $2000 subgrant; necessity for computer/email/data security 6. Discussion and possible action – Review quotes and purchase accounting software 7. Discussion and possible action – Increasing security on office door lock 8. Discussion and possible action – Cleaning service for town hall; add cleaning service cost to hall rental fee; eliminate security deposit and instead bill the renter for damages 9.
